Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, our comfy 3 bedroom condo is on the ground floor, offers plenty of room for your family, is tastefully decorated and is just minutes from the beach. The Seagrove Highlands property offers a large pool in the sun and is biking distance to the popular Seaside and Watercolor resort areas.
This condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home with a large, fully equipped kitchen. Inside and out, the place looks and feels new. Over the last few years of ownership, it''s been extremely well taken care of and is by far one of the nicest in the resort. With the location right on the ground floor, that means no elevators or stairs to traverse with the kids and parking is right in the front of the condo.
In the master bedroom is a king bed, TV and full, double-vanity bathroom with separate tub and shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and TV and the third bedroom has a twin bed for the kiddo. For your convenience, there is also a queen sofa-sleeper in the living room that is folded into a plush, super-comfy couch.
This condo was professionally decorated and reflects a casual, beachy atmosphere with an open, yet split floor plan. The kitchen area overlooks the living room and the dining nook.
The pool is just a short walk away and the beach is a little less than a quarter mile away. Also, for your convenience, there are four bikes available for use during your stay and a wagon upon request.

Our cancellation policy states that if you have to cancel your reservation, we need 45 days advance notice from the day you were supposed to check in in order to get your advance rental payment returned in full. All cancellations that are made 45 days in advance of check-in or greater will have a $45 processing fee. If you cancel within 44 days and 31 days of your expected check-in, we will keep 50% of your advance rent payment. If you cancel within 30 days days of your expected check-in, then we reserve the right to keep all of your advance rental payment. |
