Booking Policy:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a $50 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• We accept personal checks or credit cards (Additional 3% Fee for all Credit Cards)
• Check-In Time begins at 4:00PM & Check-Out is by 10:00AM
