Come spend your vacation in the new lovely community of Watersound West. This secluded community is bordered by the beautiful Deer Lake State Park and the white sands and sparkling waters of the Gulf, yet it is only minutes away from the vibrant communities of Seaside, Seagrove, and Watercolor. The quiet community features trails, a community pool, and a boardwalk down to the private beach.
This home features an open floor plan with a spacious living area, beach chic décor and local art. The living room has a large flat screen TV with Blu-ray player and doors lead out to the large screened in sitting area. The kitchen has granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for cooking family dinners. The bench dining table seats eight comfortably, and four more can sit at the breakfast bar. There''s also a propane grill outside for summer cook outs, and a wet bar with wine chiller.
The master suite is located on the first floor. The bedroom has a king size bed, large walk in closet, and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom features a double vanity and a large walk in shower.
Upstairs is a den with a flat screen TV, Xbox, Blu-ray player, and a pull out couch. In the second master suite, there is another king bed and flat screen TV. The private bathroom also has a walk in shower. There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor. The first has a queen bed, and the second has bunk beds with a trundle. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
Outside there is parking for two cars.

| Cancellation Policy We totally understand plans change. Our cancellation policy states that if you have to cancel your reservation, we need 45 days advance notice from the day you were supposed to check in in order to get your advance rental payment returned in full. All cancellations that are made 45 days in advance of check-in or greater will have a $45 processing fee. If you cancel within 44 days and 31 days of your expected check-in, we will keep 50% of your advance rent payment. If you cancel within 30 days days of your expected check-in, then we reserve the right to keep all of your advance rental payment. |
Deposit Policy All rentals will have a $500 security deposit that will be charged the week of arrival. |
