When we say conservation side, we mean on the side overlooking the conservation area, not the parking lot. So hanging out on the balcony can be truly relaxing. And if you''re wanting to hang on the beach, it''s just a quick stroll away or you can ride on a bike (per request) in a few moments.
The master bedroom is spacious and has a king bed with a private, double vanity bath. The bathroom has a separate garden tub and shower.
The two guest bedrooms both feature queen beds with all new bedding. And there is a sofa sleeper in the living room bringing the total sleeping capacity to 8 - no more than 4 adults and 4 kids please!
The kitchen has everything you need including like-new appliances and plenty of counter space. And there is a full size HE washer/dryer as well.
Again, I can''t stress enough how in good-a-shape this condo is.
Seagrove Highlands is considered an extremely nice, affordable vacation hot spot located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, just minutes from Seaside and Watercolor and all the action!
There is a pool onsite for you to lounge in as well.

Our cancellation policy states that if you have to cancel your reservation, we need 45 days advance notice from the day you were supposed to check in in order to get your advance rental payment returned in full. All cancellations that are made 45 days in advance of check-in or greater will have a $45 processing fee. If you cancel within 44 days and 31 days of your expected check-in, we will keep 50% of your advance rent payment. If you cancel within 30 days days of your expected check-in, then we reserve the right to keep all of your advance rental payment. |
