"Beachy Elegant" -- parrots and palm trees meet European-American traditional furniture and oriental rugs over tile floors. Sink into comfy chairs with ottomans, a recliner, and a sectional sofa. Choose from a selection of movies after a day at the beach, or pick a family show on the large screen television over the fireplace.

The kitchen is spacious, with exquisite granite countertops and its own table, it is well equipped for family dinners. Another more formal dining area lets you gaze across the sugar white beaches to the tropical waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A hall bath serves the great room and a king bedroom. A queen bedroom has a private bath. The deck off the living room gives you a panoramic view spanding Seagrove Beach to downtown Destin. Only the pelicans have a better view!

The second floor holds the large master suite; across the hall the fourth bedroom has two double beds, with a private bath. All the bedrooms have TV's; the lower floor rooms have DVD's and VCR's, the upper ones have VCR's. Bedrooms have fresh carpeting and the comfort factor is high throughout the entire home.

Just a few minutes away is The Whale's Tail Restaurant, where you can have a casual beachfront meal, and join a pick-up volleyball game. Across the street from Cape Monaco you can rent a scooter--make sure you ride over to Buster's, for a dozen oysters. There is always something to do!
