Rental Policy

Minimum age required is 25. Cancellations made 60 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, cancellations made 30 to 60 days will receive one half refund and all cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.

Arrival Times

Check in is at 3:00 pm and Check out is at 10:00 am

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

A cleaning fee, reservation fee and all local taxes will be applied. No one under the age of 25 without an adult. There is a 3 night minimum stay required. A $250.00 Refundable Deposit is required at time of booking.
