3 Bedroom sleeping arrangments. 1st floor is dedicated to kids and teens with 2 sets of bunk beds private bath television and dvd player. Washer and dryer are also located on the first floor. 2nd floor hosts full living room and dining room with a sleeper sofa and balcony and full bath. 3rd floor hosts Master Bedroom with king bed and full private bath. 3rd bedroom is a master queen suite with a private bath.
This home has Private lake which has a full view of the lake from the living room balcony and there is no lisense required to fish. The third floor has a partial gulf view. The towhome is about 50 ft from the pool. WHich is heated during the cooler months. The beach access is about a 5 minute walk. This home has the best of 2 worlds with the lake and the beach access. It is fully equipped with all items necessary to complete your stay. There is a nice size grill available to cook up all the great fish you catch at the lake.

if under the age of 25 a higher security deposit will be requested

Check in time is 4 pm and departures are at 10 am
