You will find an oversized king master suite with dressing area, walk-in closet, bathroom with separate shower and over-sized bath on the upper floor. The lower floor has a fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the dining area and family room, a second Queen bedroom & a full bathroom. The family room includes cable TV, VCR, Sleeper Sofa and games, books and puzzles for all ages. Both bedrooms have cable TV,& there are balconies off of each bedroom with a huge balcony off the family room.

Barrier Dunes is a secure, gated community with 2 fantastic pools. One is located directly on the dunes with a beautiful view of the ocean & white sand beaches of Cape San Blas, FL (100 steps from the front door!). Barrier Dunes also has tennis courts, 3 fresh water fishing ponds, boardwalks through out and is VERY family friendly & pet friendly!

St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is located right next door, & offers excellent access to the bay as well as 7 miles of undeveloped pristine wilderness area and beach. The clear water bay is one of the cleanest in Florida and provides excellent snorkeling, boating, fishing, crabbing and scalloping.

We rent by owner so we can provide you with all the extra's to help you not have to pack so much and still feel right at home and have a relaxing vacation--from beach chairs to laundry soap!
