Wrap around deck and lofty windows offer views of surrounding mountains and forest.Set on 41 acres with private mountain trails and streams and surrounded on three sides by the Pisgah National Forest. The property rises sharply to the north through hardwood forest. To the east is Ivy Knob and to the south you can see Big Butt Mountain through the treetops. Facing west, across the stream in the deep ravine beside the deck, are the large hardwoods of the national forest.

Listen to the breeze through the trees and the brook falling over rocks from your bedroom or while enjoying a glass of wine on the deck.Watch the moon rise in the skylight amid the natural pine posts and beams of this solar-powered timber-frame (post-and-beam) home.

Located a few miles east of Barnardsville, which is on Highway 197 about 20 miles north northeast of Asheville in western North Carolina. Additional Charges: Cleaning fee $130, pet fee $25 per night (max $100/week) for one pet plus $12.50 per night (max $50/week) for each additional pet, NC sales tax 6.5%, and a refundable damage deposit of $200.
