A recently renovated unit, completely refurbished and decorated in a modern contemporary style with your comfort in mind. Your ideal vacation apartment for your French Riviera break.
A reverse cycle air conditioner and fly screens are installed for your comfort in summer and heaters make it suitable for year round use.
The lounge has a new comfortable leather sofa that converts into a double bed with a proper mattress. A large glass table and 4 chairs are in the dining area. Cable tv, WIFI internet, phone with free calls to Europe, US and Australia. A stereo and DVD are provided for your entertainment. Our paper back library, CD and DVD collections are growing and available for your use.
The bathroom has a large shower with bidet, vanity mirror and sink.
The kitchen contains all that you would need for your self-catering holiday. Appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, full oven. Kettle (water jug), coffee machine and toaster are all provided.
The bedroom contains a double bed, side tables, chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe. A hairdryer is provided.
Great Location - Not just close to the centre of Nice, but right in the centre, in the heart of the fashionable Messena Zone Pietonne (pedestrian) area on Rue Paradis. Just step outside the door for the best shops in town, you share the street with all the top designer shops - Chanel is located the same building.
The pedestrian area has a large variety of restaurants and cafes and there is always some street theatre giving the area a character of its own.
Close to beach (200 yds), gardens, all main shops and less than 5 minutes walking distance from the old town. It is close to many of the museums and within easy walking distance to the Nice Acropolis Convention and Exhibition - Palais des Congres et des Expositions - centre. Nice is within easy reach of all those dream resorts on the Cote d'Azur, Antibes, Cannes, Monaco and Menton to name but a few, using the well serviced public transport system. Ideally situated for the Nice carnival, Nice Iron Man, Monte Carlo Grand Prix and the Cannes film festival
The apartment is minutes away from all public transport and 10 min from the airport there is no need for a car here. The airport bus stops near the bottom of the street. The apartment is on the top floor of a four storey building with an elevator.
Rental Policy
30% deposit on acceptance of booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made 8 weeks or less before arrival, full amount payable on confirmation of the booking. Preferred payment is by Paypal. 200euro security/damage deposit payable before arrival. This will be returned within 2 weeks of vacating the apartment.
Arrival Times
Normally arrivals are after 5pm and departures at 11 am although we do try to be flexible whenever possible.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
High season rentals are for a minimum of one week.
Part weeks (minimum 4 days) considered outside peak periods (Jun - Sept).
Arrivals are at a nominated time after 5pm. It may be possible to arrange times outside of this in advance - but this cannot be guaranteed. Checkout is 11:00 am.
Security/damage deposit of 200 euros payable before arrival. This will be returned directly to you within two weeks of departure.
Your apartment is fully serviced before your arrival.
Utilities, linen and towels (including beach towels) all included. There are no hidden extras.
