Beautiful private 3 bedroom/2 bath home in gated community available for the vacation to remember. One block from beach and water activities and within walking distance to Shipwreck Island Water Park, Edgewater Shops, skating, and many restaurants.

Property Details

Private home located inside gated community is available and stocked with everything you need for a week long stay. It is truly a "home away from home" experience. Equipped with all the kitchenware, linens, appliances, and dishes you'll need for up to 8 or 9 people, you can cook all you choose. But located just across the street from BONEFISH, Montego Bay, and Fridays, you may want to eat out more. Three fast food restaurants are within walking distance.

A screened in porch is available for outside dining, or smoking if you'd like. (NO smoking inside.) The living room and all bedrooms have fans and t.v.'s, along with 2 vcr's and a dvd player. A small library of movies are available.
Four houses down you'll find two pools, One heated, and a shuffleboard area. Around the corner we have a sandy volleyball court, and streets you'd feel comfortable walking around at night.

We are small pet friendly, but we do need to know in advance in order to receive your full deposit back. Don't book until you see the bargain we offer for the vacation to remember!!

Rental Policy

$300.00 deposit Smoking inside will result in loss of deposit.
There must be at least one person 25 years old in party. NO spring breakers.

Weekly rates Oct. - Feb. $750.00
Check in Saturday after 5:00p.m. & checkout Saturday before 10:00 a.m.
$300.00 damage/key deposit required, and returned less a $100.00 cleaning fee upon inspection and key return
