Enjoy the large living room with sweeping views of the beach and bay. A lanai spans the front of the house with staircases leading down to two acres of manicured lawn shaded by a bounty of coconut trees marching majestically to the shore of the Bay.

The Beach Home is fully furnished, including dishes, cookware, linens and all the accessories needed to make your stay comfortable and worry-free.

The house is Gambrell designed, Lindall cedar-homes built eight feet off the ground to take advantage of the gentle ocean breezes and the stunning views. The pristine black sand beach is literally a 'stone's throw' away...

In Punalu'u Bay there are ancient Hawai'ian Heiau (Stone Temples) at each end, and numerous hiking trails and opportunities for discovery! Secluded and quiet, this is the perfect getaway spot for a honeymoon, or a family vacation - including fantastic snorkeling and scuba diving in the crystal clear waters of the Bay.

Whether your passion is the ocean, the mountains or the green forests, all are within easy reach of Punalu'u. Join us on your next vacation, and discover a magical side of Hawai'i that is seldom experienced by visitors!

Rental Policy

Thirty days prior to reservation date we allow a full refund of the deposit less a 15% booking fee.

Cancellation refund within 30 days of arrival is subject to re-booking.

Cancellation within 5 days of arrival date and "no-shows" will be charged in full unless re-booked.

All cancellations are charged a 15% booking fee on a confirmed reservation.

Cancellations must be made in writing.
(Electronic mail constitutes written notice when a return receipt is requested and confirmed.)

Deposits are not refunded during special holidays.
(Christmas-New Years (12/15-1/15), Thanksgiving (11/20-11/30), Easter (3/1-4/1), Memorial Day (5/26-5/31.)

Arrival Times

Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

$295.00 per day with a 3-day minimum.

Negotiable rate on a visit over 1 week.

$300.00 Refundable Damage Deposit required to hold your reservation.

Rate shown does not include taxes.
