'363' is a lovely 2 storey 4 bedroom home.
Our SW facing enclosed pool has a large deck and is privately screened. We provide sun loungers, table and chairs for your relaxation. There is a covered lanai should you need shade.
There is a large supermarket, Chinese takeaway, pharmacy and other shops and restaurants within on mile.
The entrance to this beautifully maintained villa leads into the spacious great room with its vaulted ceilings.It is comfortably furnished. The entertainment centre has a large cable TV, DVD and CD tower uit. We have a large selection of books for your holiday reading. Also DVD's CD's and family games.

The entrance hallway also leads off to the fully fitted luxury kitchen with breakfast area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to cater for the perfect holiday. A full size fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, full size oven, microwave and waste dispoal unit.
The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor with views overlooking the pool area to the golf course. There is a walk in wardrobe. The en suite is fitted with his and hers sin units and a large double walk in shower and WC.
Upstairs, along the galleried landing there are three further bedrooms, One with a large double bed and two twin bedded rooms. All have walk in wardrobes and drawer space.
There is a full size family bath and shower room close to the bedrooms. All bed linen and towels are provided.
The covered lanai is off the great room through the patio doors leading to the swimming pool with large pool deck to give extra space for family relaxation. The pool can be heated if required.
On the ground floor there is a toilet and wash basin. The laundry room is fitted with washing machine and tumbler drier along with ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
The garage leads from the laundry area. This was turned into games area to include foosball, darts, table tennis, pool and air hockey in December 2006.
363 is within walking distance of the Highlands Reserve Club House. The community facilities include:

Deposit $150 per week, Balance including $375 security deposit (refundable 7-14 days after return) 6 weeks before arrival
Minimum stay 3 nights. Surcharge of $75 (cleaning fee) for lets of less than 7 nights
Pool heat $140 per week
Discounts at owners discretion for long lets or late deals
