Location: Our House with swimming pool is located in the beautiful Southwest area of Cape Coral. Sanibel/Captiva beaches are 21 miles away. Ft. Myers beach is 17 miles. The local Cape Coral Yacht Club with swimming pool, beach, & Pier is just minutes away. Right down the street from our house is the Cape Harbor Yachting Community with waterfront shops, dining, & marina. We are also conveniently located near a Publix grocery, store pharmacy, & numerous shops.
