| I have to say my friends thought I was crazy renting a vacation home from craigslist, But the house was everything Dave said it was and more.... great location the pool was great. I just love cape coral and now I want to look for a house just like the one we rented because the setup was perfect the way the pool is right off the living area. I would take my Grandaughter out to the store with me early in the morning which is just a few blocks away that way she would not wake others in the house :) then we came back and took a morning dip in the pool Just very happy with our stay. Hope to use this for our next trip to cape coral .... Thanks again !!! | |

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at this house and we LOVED it. The location was ideal for us so we could experience a lot of different things during the week. We loved the different beaches and islands that are so close to the house. We were at the house in August so it was hot but we used the pool everyday! We had the best time at Pine Island and Matlacha.

What a vacation. Our large family enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. The heated pool was a plus and the child protective fence made it easy to watch and protect the grandchildren.
I could not believe how quick we got to Sanibel and Fort Meyers beach. I am glad I did not pay the outrageous price to stay right on the beach. Dave, the owner, manages this property personally and his follow up on details was far superior to management companies we have dealt with in the past. Dave has the house well equipped for eating and play, two activities our family enjoys. The state of the art TVs, DVD, wireless were a joy to use. I would highly recommend a stay here. Everything here is just great Dave!!! We are having perfect weather. What a nice house you have. It is going to be very hard to leave here. We see a storm coming in there so we are not looking forward to coming back after this stay.
We would recommend this to anyone and everyone. You have the perfect set up. We love walking in the area too. Heading over to Sanibel today. Thanks. Dan |

Thank you for the use of your house. What a great place. We had a great time and had great weather. We went two 3 Twins games, four beaches, fishing on the river, and relaxed in your pool. Maybe we will get another chance to rent it again in the future.
