This naturally lit and airy ‘Butterfly' profile home with high ceilings has comfortable, contemporary style in good keeping with its celebrated mid-century modern architects, Kriesel and Palmer.

Doors open from the kitchen/great room directly to a partially covered outdoor entertainment area-- the perfect place for outdoor meals or just relaxing and taking in the panoramic mountain views.

Private Swimming Pool and Large Hot Tub. : Adjacent to the patio area is the private large Swimming Pool. Also in the private, resort-like backyard under its own cabana is the large Hot Tub, convenient from the master bedroom suite.

The spacious backyard is surrounded by an aesthetically pleasing tall privacy wall and has a lawn and beautifully planted desertscape gardens. South facing exposure enables full east to west sunshine at the pool throughout the day, as well as spectacular views of the San Jacinto mountains. You'll enjoy sunbathing poolside while you gaze in awe at the mountains sometimes covered in snow, just so you'll remember how lucky you are!

The Palm Springs Area: Palm Springs is truly a world class vacation destination...The variety of shopping is unbelievable, a huge new casino, a myriad of nightlife, the famous Aerial Tram to the mountaintops (enjoy any number of spectacular wilderness hikes) and many nearby state and national parks! World class golf courses (over 100 golf courses within 20 minutes drive, many within 10 minutes drive), tennis courts, hiking, biking, water theme park, Imax theatres, museums, etc. are all nearby. And the great winter weather is the best in the West! The fun never stops, unless you want relaxation, which has been refined to an art form here!

Sep 18, 2009- Dec 17, 2009: $229.00/night Sun- Thu, $645.00/2 night weekend, $1,595.00/week. Thanksgiving $1895/week and week minimum.

Dec 18, 2009-Apr 30, 2010: $289.00/night Sun- Thu, $795.00/2 night weekend, $1,895.00/week. Xmas and New Years are each a week minimum.

May 1, 2010- Sep 17, 2010: $229.00/night Sun- Thu, $645.00/2 night weekend, $1,595.00/week.

2 Night Minimum. Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice.

Rates INCLUDE CLEANING, linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, High Speed Wireless Internet (WiFi Internet), Hot Tub, Swimming Pool maint. Add 11.5% tax. Some holidays higher. Thanksgiving week is Winter rate and week minimum. Week minimum: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Coachella Music Festival. If just 2 weeknights (Sun- Thu) add $100 cleaning (no tax). Optional pool heat $20-30/day (seasonal, no tax). Refundable $500 security deposit. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Checks, Wires Accepted. All reservations final.
