This is a single family home in Encinitas, CA, sitting atop a bluff, directly over looking the Pacific Ocean. Great for large families! with 3630 square feet, 7 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and a 17 person occupancy, this home has everything you need!

7 Bedrooms, and 5.5 Baths. There are 4 king beds, 3 queen beds, and 4 twin beds, with a maximum occupancy of 17 guests.

The kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances with all amenities, including refrigerator, oven/stove/micro, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and all utensils!

All linens are provided, including bedding and towels. There is a washer and dryer, ceiling fans and a fireplace.

Gorgeous travertine floors run throughout the living area. There is a flat screen tv, dvd player, and wireless internet.

The beachfront patio is large and open, with a 6 person spa, overlooking the ocean. There is also a barbecue out on the patio.

The Master bedroom has a fire place, en suite bath, and access to an oceanfront balcony.

There is a two car garage, and a four car maximum
