Rental Policy

The Check-in Center is open daily from 9am until 5pm ET. Reservation Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, toll-free at 1-877-272-8206.

The guest understands and agrees:
The reservation confirmation constitutes a contractual agreement between the guest (all party members) and Resort Vacation Properties of St. George Island, Inc., as agent to rent the premises described in the contract.

Advance Reservations: Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. Reservations made for arrivals during the next seasonal calendar year require a $500 advance booking deposit for each week booked in High season or for each reservation booked in Mid or Low seasons. Advance reservations are subject to rate increase and availability.

Length of Stay: Most properties require a minimum 7-day stay during High Season and during most holidays. Weekly reservations are made from Saturday-Saturday, Sunday-Sunday, or Friday-Friday (see property information). Reservations for shorter periods of time may be made, depending on availability. Contact our office for specific properties and dates. Monthly reservations are offered by some properties during MID and LOW seasons. A monthly stay consists of 28 days in the same month.

Maximum Occupancy: At all times, the maximum occupancy is the number the property sleeps, including infants. Occupancy limits are in accordance with rules of the State Fire Marshall’s Office. No exceptions will be made. Payment: Within 10 days of booking a reservation, payment of one-half total rent is required to confirm the reservation. For a convenience fee of $30, you may pay on-line by Visa or MasterCard. The balance is due on arrival unless Guest chooses Express Check-in (see paragraph 2 for details). Rental rates are subject to 8% State and Local Sales Tax. Fees for selected amenities such as pool heat, approved additional pets, or use of elevators are also subject to 8% State and Local Sales Tax. Interest, if any, will accrue to Resort Vacation Properties of St. George Island, Inc.

1. Check-in: 2. Express Check-in: At some properties, you may now bypass the Check-In Center and go directly to your rental property. Complete all paperwork and pay the total amount due by check, cashier’s check or money order at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, and we will send you a keyless entry code and directions to your rental property. You may go directly to your property anytime beginning at 4pm on your arrival day.

3. Check-out: Check-out time is 10am. Check out using your rental home phone if you have keyless entry; drop keys by the check-in center for non-keyless entry properties.

4. Accommodations: The property is a privately owned dwelling with the owners’ furnishings and neither the agency nor owner shall be responsible for providing any additional furnishings or equipment not available presently in the property. All properties have a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, central heat & air, and washer/dryer unless otherwise noted. Should any equipment malfunction, we will make every effort to have it corrected as soon as possible. There are no refunds or compensation for any malfunction of equipment, pools, TV, VCR, appliances, public utility, etc. All properties are non-smoking unless otherwise noted. Local and long-distance calls are free.

Arrival Times

At our Check-In Center at 140 West First Street. MID & LOW seasons – check in between 4pm and 5pm. HIGH season – check in between 4pm and 6pm. Contact our office for late arrival procedures.

Mid season weekly rates $1995.00
High Season is a 7 night minimum
Mid Season is a 2 night minimum
Low Season is a 2 night minimum
