Property Details

Brand new Gulf-front condo, 6th floor in Panama City Beach - the exclusive Emerald Beach Resort! This condo was new in 2007 and completely decorated by a professional decorator in beach/cottage decor in July 2007. The condo sleeps 6 people (one king, 2 bunks, and a pullout couch.) There is one bedroom with a full private bathroom attached. There is a second full bathroom down the hallway. The kitchen has all white cabinets, with granite countertops, and has all the ameneties for a longer stay. The kitchen is open to the great room, which leads out to the balcony. There are also 2 flat screen TVs with DVD players (one in the great room and one in the bedroom.) The large balcony overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the pool, and the Tiki Bar. There is a Starbucks in the complex for morning coffee on the balcony and a brand new modern SkyBar just opened! A new zero-entry kiddie pool with cool water falls just opened on 7/9/08 too! We are currently booking for December 2008 and beyond. December rates are $650 per week or $99 per night. January rates are $109 per night or $700 per week. Rental Policy

No renters under 25, age verification will be required at check-in.

On-site property management--guests check-in like at a hotel.

This is a non-smoking unit; no pets.

This condo is handicap accessible.

Northwest Airlines and Delta Airlines have daily flights to Panama City (PFN) and Destin/Ft. Walton Beach (VPS).

$85 cleaning fee.

10.09% Florida tax is extra and not included in the rates.

Senior and military discounts are available.

A deposit is required to reserve the condo (1 night's rate + tax for weekly/daily guests and 50% of the rate for monthly guests).

A reservation may be cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date, and there is only a $25 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within the 7 days before the arrival date, the entire deposit is forfeited.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
