Deep Canyon Tennis Club (DCTC) - This gated community and life style is a tennis player’s paradise. Golf, Hiking, Bicycling, and many other activities are also available in the immediate area. There are 350 privately owned condos at DCTC. Our unit is a townhouse style condo with 2 master bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Recently renovated - bath makeovers, completely furnished, and extremely well appointed. More pics upon request.

The patio has a gas BBQ grill, patio furniture, and a gorgeous mountain view. There are 3 TV's, 2 DVD players, a surround-sound movie system in the living room with plenty of movies to view. A Dell computer with high-speed internet is available for your use to surf the web or to read and send e-mails. We also have wifi so you can use your own lap top if you choose. The condo is fully equipped with all the amenities you need. Each unit has an assigned covered parking stall.

All utilities: Gas, electric, cable TV, local phone, high-speed internet (with WIFI), are included in the rental rate.

Discounts offered. Rates for longer than one month are negotiable and a discount is offered. Summer rates upon request with a min. of 3 months.

DCTC is located in the highly desirable south cove of Palm Desert just off Hwy 74. Surrounded by mountains and palm trees, this gated tennis community has 12 pools and 4 jacuzzis, clubhouse, gym, and 13 tennis courts. The Tennis Program is extremely well organized, fun and competitive for all levels of play. The Pro Shop is well appointed and there are two Tennis Pros on staff to help you schedule games, lessons, drills, etc. Round robins, tournaments, and socials are offered and scheduled on a regular basis for all levels of play. Simply show up and Larry (Head Pro) will get you into a match.

The grounds of this beautiful community consists of lush, mature landscape, a large greenbelt with scenic walking paths, and an excellent location just a one mile walk to the famous El Paseo Drive where you can enjoy shopping, fine dining, and live entertainment. Golf enthusiasts can select from several first class golf courses within 1 to 5 miles. Desert Willow is our favorite and only minutes away (web search: desert willow golf palm desert ca)

The Living Desert Zoo and Park is just one mile away. Hiking trails and bicycle rentals are only minutes away.

DCTC is a life style. Tons of fun and lots to do.

A $500.00 Reservation Fee is required. This fee becomes your security/damage deposit upon payment of all rents and fees. The Security/Damage deposit is refundable upon completion of the rental agreement. A $175 admin/cleaning fee is required. (Pets - small dogs only - add $50.00). Reservation fee is non-refundable - becomes security deposit which is refundable.
