This is a 4th floor condo that is located on the beach on the south end of Fort Myers Beach--the quiet end. It is direct gulf front so every view is the gulf!!! It was totally renovated and remodeled from floor to ceiling with all new wrap-around kitchen, new appliances, tile floor throughout, flat screen TV with DVD/VCR, queen-size sleeper sofa, king size bed and all new bathroom. You will have your own private balcony where you can enjoy watching the dolphins play. There is a sandbar sitting in front of the condo complex that is the home to many different species of birds. You can cross the sandbar and be at the beach in less than 2 minutes or follow the sand path around it and come out to the gulf in less than 5 minutes. There are coolers, beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys for the kids that you are welcome to take to the beach. The condo has movies, books and games for all ages. The pool is heated and there are 4 tennis courts. There are elevators to get to the condo and the doors have been widened to accommodate a wheelchair.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and personal checks.

Arrival Times

3:00 p.m. and check out 10:00 a.m.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

A $200.00 Security deposit for stays of one week and $400 for stays of one month or more. This is refundable.

Pets less than 20 pounds $50.

Stays during peak season are Saturday to Saturday. Will make exceptions on low seasons.
