This beach front condominium offers a beautiful view of the sugar white sands and emerald green waters for which Panama City Beach is known.
Couples and families looking for an affordable beach front, one bedroom rental should put Sunbird at the top of their vacation list.

All Sunbird rooms are one bedroom units which includes a separate bedroom with king-size bed, sofa sleeper in living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have a TV with DVD in the living room, a TV in the bedroom and private balconies overlooking the beach. Towels are exchanged daily.

Don't forget your camera – the sunsets are beautiful!

Rental Policy

Must be 25 years of age to rent or stay. $15.00 cancellation fee. First night payment required in advance. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date will forfeit first nights payment.

4:00 CST. Please check in at our main office located at The Inn at St Thomas Square, 8730 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL 32408

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

$65.40 fee for cleaning and parking applied to all reservations. $200 security deposit is due upon arrival. Must be 25 years old to check in.
