Furnishings are clean and comfortable. Master Bedroom has a new King mattress, private bath and entrance to Lanai. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds, just steps away to the 2nd bathroom. Enjoy your day's on the Lanai watching Dolphin's frolic in the Gulf, on the beach sunbathing, shelling or by the heated pool. This unit is 80 steps to the white sandy beach.(I stepped it off) The sunsets over the Gulf are breath taking, a must see. Fort Myers Beach Trolley service is a great way to navigate the island and located just outside the building. Take the trolley to Time Square for the exciting night life, many great restaurants, a great fishing pier, bike rentals, tourist shops and a lot more fun. The trolley also takes you to Lovers Key, one of the travel channels recommended parks to visit. A 18 hole Golf course is close by also. JetSki's & Parasailing are offered a short walk down the beach.
*Fort Myers Area has many festivals offered through out the year.
*Many Skateparks in the area for your skaters.(I can give you directions if you are interested.
*1 hour drive to the Everglades for air boat rides and fishing.
*3 hour drive to Orlando's many attractions.
This is an awesome get away for all interests and ages. You will love the area and will want to return each year.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

1 week minimum stay required.
$300.00 deposit required on rates under $1,000.00. $400.00 deposit required on rates over $1,000.00. Deposit will be refunded when I am notified there is no damage to the unit and the entrance door keys are returned.
