The villa has 4 double bedrooms which consist of 1 master with en-suite bathroom,1 double & 2 twin rooms with 2 further bathrooms,all of which have hairdryers.There are 2 bedrooms at the front & 2 at the back so ideal for families sharing giving each family their own space.The lounge is large & comfortable & has full entertainment system consisting of TV,DVD Player with selection of DVDs,VCR,& Music Centre with tapes & CDs.there is a formal dining area & 2 more eating areas in the luxurious kitchen which is equipped with everything you will need & more.We have TVs in all bedrooms books family games pool inflatables & bikes for your enjoyment.
Our pool & spa area is completely surrounded by flowering shrubs hedges & palm trees for privacy.Our large extended deck gets day long sunshine so you can relax on the loungers or sit under the covered lanai at the table & chairs a wonderful place for sipping evening cocktails whilst watching the young ones swimming in the pool enhanced by the multi coloured fibre optic lighting.We have a BBQ too if you want to eat al fresco & are so close to Disney you can even go back to the villa for a rest before returning for more fun.There are several restaurants & a supermarket pharmacy & other shops within 1/2 mile our location is truly the best.


Rental Policies

Deposit with booking.Balance plus security deposit 8 weeks before departure.Security deposit will be refunded less any damages 2 weeks after end of holiday.
