Fully air-conditioned throughout, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the family room.
The villa is a single storey property that will sleep up to eight people.
The master suite has a king size bed, with a further queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin size beds in the 3rd bedroom.

The property is maintained and furnished to a high standard providing comfortable and relaxing surroundings for your holiday.

The large pool is solar heated and the villa has a large rear yard for the children to play in. There is also an X-Box console in the family room with a selection of games. A table football is also available.

The villa benefits from 4 remote control televisions, all being linked to a cable network,one in each of the bedrooms plus one in the family room, DVD Player with a number of DVD's for all ages. For those early morning starts to Disney World, all bedrooms benefit from having an alarm clock. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.
All linens and towels, including pool towels are provided for your use.
The villa has a 'credit card' phone so that you can stay in touch with those people you have left at home.
There is a selection of pool inflatables available for your enjoyment in the pool.
The villa is situated in a very convenient position being close enough to the I4 to get around quickly, but far enough away that you wouldn't know it was there!
Situated only 15 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from SeaWorld, 30 minutes from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
We are only minutes from the new Champions Gate Resort and there are numerous golf courses within a few minutes drive, including the new courses at the new Reunion resort.
Restaurants are a short drive away with the nearest supermarket just 2 minutes away.
There are numerous shops within a very short car ride.
