Our TWO (Adjacent) family-owned 4 bedroom, 3 bath (2 En-suite), air conditioned executive villas (which accommodate a maximum of 8-10 per villa) with their own private (heated and screened) pool and
lanai with a Fireworks view of Disneyworld.



Luxurious Spa, Large screen TV (51" Mickey, 32" Minnie), DVD player, Playstation II, Free Long Distance and International Telephone Calls, computer with 24 hour "High Speed" internet access, TVs in ALL Bedrooms, is located on THE premier 5* gated community in the Disney area known as the "Windsor Palms Resort" (formerly known as 'Wyndham Palms').

Just to let you know that we had a really fabulous time! Your home at Fan Palm is absolutely wonderful, it was home from home for us but with lovely sunny weather! and a pool! We just got back from our vacation in Orlando. Thank you for allowing us to rent and stay in your villa. This was the first time we have ever stayed in a villa and oh boy are we impressed. Your home is splendid - beautifully decorated, well maintained and furnished with everything we would ever need during our stay. It was
as if we had never left our homes. Your villa is very ideally located and the community club house was a great place for
recreation and entertainment. Therefore, it is our decision to rent from you again whenever we decide to go back to Florida. And we will definitely recommend your place to our friends and family. We've all

Set in a peaceful and tranquil location yet only 4 miles from Disney, with every possible resort style amenity at your disposal.



As our guest, you and your family have automatic membership for the
duration of your stay to use the resort amenities, which include: a clubhouse, large olympic size outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa, separate toddler pool, cinema, fitness centre, video arcade,
basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, billiard tables, children's play area, picnic and BBQ areas, sundry shop, business
facilities, 24 hour gated entrance and a shuttle service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service).



The "Mystic Dunes" championship golf course within a 5 minute walk.



Less than a 5 minute drive away you will also find a 24 hour supermarket and lots of choice for dining out.



Just off the 192 near the old Splendid China, the villas are approximately 10 minutes from Disneyworld and close to all other major attractions. Golf, shopping, and restaurants are all within easy reach.



Orlando International airport is a short 25 minute drive.



Our villas are designated non-smoking properties (Smoking in the pool area outside is acceptable)



Sorry, although we personally love animals, for the safety of our other guests, no pets or animals allowed.
