Property Description

Our air conditioned unit is on the 2nd floor with walk-up or elevator. It is newly renovated that has twin beds (or king bed) and double futon upgraded mattress fold out couch. Laundry room is poolside. BBQ also at poolside

The fully equipped kitchen has a range, refrigerator, oven, microwave, rice cooker, blender,toaster, coffee maker, grinder, blender, George Foreman grill and all utensils needed for your stay.

The unit is fully stocked with bath towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. There are coolers for the beach or that special picnic lunch. Beach chairs and mats are also provided.

There is cable TV with a DVD/VCR player. A CD player is also there for your listening pleasure.

Normally after 3 PM departure by Noon

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Add state taxes of 12.962%. Add departure cleaning fee of $75.00.

Requires a security deposit of $100.00 US and a key deposit of $200.00 US. Deposits forfeited if anyone smokes in the unit or lanai.
