A newly built fully furnished and equipped self-catering spacious, comfortable ,air conditioned apartment located in a quiet, overlooking and south-facing sunny position just minutes walk from two large superb swimming pools , an excellent on-site restaurant offering snacks and a full `A la Carte`menu with weekly BBQ.

The balconies have a private aspect overlooking beautiful gardens and distant fields. Two twin bedrooms having their own private bathrooms, each fully tiled and equipped with bath-tubs, shower, and bidet. Full bed linen and towels provided with mid and end of week towel change.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. A free shuttle bus runs 2-4 times daily to the old town just 2 kms away with its beautiful shelved beaches. Nearby challenging golf courses and superb beaches. Friendly multilingual reception desk offers excursions, internet, public telephones and library.

Rental Rates

GBP 250.00 to GBP 750.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

20% deposit on booking, balance due 8 weeks before holiday. An additional £100 deposit refundable cheque against any damages payable together with the balance amount and refunded within 14 days if all is well in the apartment after your departure. All prices are inclusive of utilities, air conditioning and the use of the club`s facilities. All clients will be met by a representative at the apartment to welcome and hand you the key. Small welcome groceries pack can be provided to assist those with an early morning/late night arrival. Apartment is available from 3pm on the arrival day and must be vacated by 12 noon on the departure day. Change over day flexible. Champagne/Flowers on arrival can be arranged ! We ask that smoking is restricted to the balcony.
Car Hire can be arranged for your entire stay or for specified days delivery either to Faro Airport or to the Club Albufeira. For those who do not wish to drive airport transfer fees are 40 Euros each way for up to 4 passengers and 50 Euros each way for up to 7 passengers.
Activities on site are a pool table, football machine, crazy golf,swimming ,sunbathing,BBQs,restaurant and snack bars.Established attractions such as Zoomarine and Splash and Slide are within easy reach and the club reception can offer a very wide range of excursions if required.
