Property Description

This two bedroom two bath condo faces south for warm southern exposure. It has a spectacular ocean view from the balcony and both bedrooms. It's located in an ocean front resort with an Olympic size heated pool, elevators, and laundry facilities.

Property Details

New Smyrna Beach is the closest beach to Orlando and all Central Florida attractions. It's a half hour from Daytona International Speedway. You have three airports to choose from: Orlando International (1.2 hours), Orlando Sanford International (45 min.), or Daytona Beach International (25 min). This condo is located at Point East Condominiums, 3801 South Atlantic Ave. #309, New Smyrna Beach on the top 3rd floor near the elevator. Point East is in the non-driving beach zone for family fun and safety. You don't have to dodge vehicles on the beach. This beautifully decorated condo has a king size bed in the maste suite, a twin bed PLUS full bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two recliners. The kitchen has all upgraded appliances and a pass through bar to the dining area. The bar has four stools and the dinette has four chairs. It's family friendly with beach toys, beach gear, sports equipment, indoor family games, and a selection of books and music in the mini library. It's equipped with free local phone service, Cable TV/VCR/DVD, and a well stocked kitchen for family meal planning. It has tiled floors throughout so it's exceptionally clean and sanitary. It's within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and it's on the public bus route if you need transportation.

Rental Policy

Security Deposit of $150 required to book reservation. It's returned after you vacate. Rent is due and payable on day of arrival in the form of cash, Traveler's Checks, Cashier's Check, or Money Order

Check-in is after 2:00 P.M. Check-out is before 10:00 A.M.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Five night minimum stay, $150 security deposit, $65 cleaning fee. Rates may be higher during holidays and special events
