This villa is very well located, set on a very quiet area and just 1 km away from the São Rafael beach, 3 km far from the Golf Club 'dos Salgados' and from the Salgados beach and 5Km from Albufeira.

This Villa has 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and two with twin beds), 2 bathrooms, dinning and living room with Fireplace and TV, Kitchen equipped with all utensils and cooker, microwaves, washing machine and freezer.
Also has various terraces with a nice view, parking, swimming pool (7,8 x 4 m)and barbeque.

The villa is equipped with clothes, cleaning 5 days a week with substitution of clothes 2 times a week.

Villa detached and is build in 2002 in a new area with good car access.

Many historical locals to visit.
Near aquatic and zoo parks.

Rental Policies

For booking guarantee a 50% of total amount deposit is required ( Bank Transfer ).
Last 50% during check-in procedures with a caution cheque of €400.00 that delivered to the costumer if any damages occured in the villa.

Arrival Times

Check-in must be done from 4 p.m. Check-out must be done until 12 o'clock.

Rates per day;
Booking charge = 50% total amount
