Decked Out House is a Belize Holiday Villa that is conveniently located in Placencia Village. It is situated on lagoon waterfront on both its north and south sides and offers fabulous views over the lagoon, Mayan mountains, the Village and the sea. The many decks on both sides of the house ensure a refreshing breeze and spectacular deck-side views. The private dock is perfect for swimming or launching the house kayaks or the canoe.

The "Main House" section has 4 bedrooms, sleeping loft, 3 1/2 baths with a large great room including a gourmet kitchen. Additionally there is an optional attached 1st floor large studio with kitchen and 5th bath. This conveniently located home comfortably lodges up to 16 guests.

A few of its special features are fine mahogany walls, a gourmet kitchen, and inlaid marble floor mosaics. Yet, it is also a relaxing atmosphere that is welcoming to children and adults alike. It even
offers board and games, poker chips and cards, bikes,, kayaks and safe swimming right of the house's dock.

The home being bordered by water both front and back receives cooling sea breezes. The doors and windows are custom designed to capture the sea views and wind. A/C in the 2nd story den.

The home has 4 levels of decking for great viewing of the ocean, lagoon, marina, village mountains and breathtaking sunsets. The marina side
of the home hosts a 75-ft wide private dock, off of which one can swim, launch the house’s kayaks, or fish..

The house is decked-out with lovely appointments, including high beamed ceilings, bay windows, hardwood or exquisite porcelain tiled floors. The main kitchen is roomy and has custom made mahogany cabinets topped with granite. The house has special touches such as the bathtub's candle box and waterfall faucet.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates are for up to 6 people for the main 4 bedroom house se3ction.
Each additional person charge: $100/wk.
Additional children -$50/wk .
Add $200 for addition of 425 sq foot ground floor studio/suite with kitchen and additional bath.

For Holiday Peak Season ( Dec 19-26) - The rate is set at $2250/wk for up to 8 person for 4 bedroom house. Additional guests may be added for $100/person.


Low Season Rates are June 1-Nov 21,

High Season rates are Nov 21 -May 31 except for Holiday weeks.

Holiday Rates: Dec 19, 09 - Jan 3, 2010

Deposits are 50% of rate and are refundable minus a $100 fee/ unit if cancellation is received within 60 days of reservation. The remainder is due 30 days in advance of reservation.
