Decked Out House is a delightful and luxurious vacation home that is an economical group-lodging alternative. Groups can vacation in this spacious home at a similar per person rates as multiple modest/moderate priced hotel rooms. The main house has 4 bedroom, child's loft, 3 1/2 baths with a large great room including a gourmet kitchen. Additionally it offers a private optional attached 1st floor studio with 5th bath. This conveniently located home comfortably houses 3-12+ guests. (The rate quoted is for the whole main house)

A few of its special features are fine mahogany walls, a gourmet kitchen, and inlaid marble floor mosaics. Yet, it is also a relaxing atmosphere that is welcoming to children and adults alike. It even
offers board and games, poker chips and cards, bikes, a canoe, and swimming hole.

The home being bordered by water both front and back recieves cooling sea breezes. The doors and windows are designed to capture the sea views and wind. Additionally one room suitable for sitting, sleeping and TV viewing is airconditioned.

The home has 4 levels of decking for great viewing of the ocean, lagoon, marina, village mountains and breathtaking sunsets. The marina side
of the home hosts a 75-ft private lagoon dock, off of which one can swim, launch the house’s canoe, or fish for snapper.

The house is decked-out with lovely appointments, including high beamed ceilings, bay windows, hardwood or exquisite porcelain tiled floors. The main kitchen is roomy and has custom made mahogany cabinets topped with granite. The house has special touches such as the bathtub's candle box and waterfall faucet. There is a true surprise in the Iguana Sauna shower, which is not to be spoiled by revealing it here.

Decked Out House has the convenience of a Placencia Village location and the quietness of a residential neighborhood. Shops and the ocean beach (4-min walk) are only steps away. No rental car or frequent taxi are needed.

The Decked Out House is particularly ideal for scuba diving groups. Daily pick up by boat to and from the dive shop. Our smiling manager is a Padi instructor. We have outdoor showers and secure scuba gear lock up area. Scuba packages with Splash Dive Shop are available.

Are you wondering why our rates are so reasonable? We opened for business in 2007 and are still in our first year of operation. Thus the 2007-2008 rates are still introductory. Our objective has always been to offer reasonably priced quality lodging for families and groups. Yet, it was quite a pleasant surprise when our Belizean builder far exceeded our expectations. The Decked Out House is much more attractive and comfortable than originally anticipated. Rates as yet have not been adjusted accordingly.

Rental Rates

$1,350.00 to $1,850.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The main house peak season rate is $1350wk/1-4 persons. Each additional person is $100/wk. The 1st floor studio apartment and the main secton rate when rented together are $1525wk/3per.

Deposits are 50% and are refundable if cancellation is recieved within 60 days of reservation

Hou.se is usually rented as one unit (the 2nd and 3rd floors. The first floor studio can be rented seperately or in conjunction with the main house section.

The low daily rate listed is for studio alone. The high is for the Main section of the house (no studio) for 4 persons.
