Regal Palms is known for its excellent pools, lazy river, hot tubs and other recreational amenities. Make sure you rent a townhome that is close to these facilities, so you don't have to walk far (or even drive!) to them. Our home is one of the closest, less than a block away and an easy short walk. You'll be glad you rented with us!

Our home is the largest model (the "Bermuda" model) in Regal Palms. It has a fully equipped kitchen; including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, utensils. Master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other two bedrooms have two twins each. There are two and a half bathrooms, color TV sets (cable) in the living room and all bedrooms, DVD, central air conditioning, washer and dryer, in-room safe. Towels and bed linen are provided. Internet WIFI connection is provided.

The recreation center has a two-acre swimming complex with heated pools, waterfall and waterslide, lazy river, hot tub and sunbathing terraces. The clubhouse features a 24x7 reception and has a restaurant, business center with internet facilities, games room, pool terrace, and fitness center with additional hot tub, steam room and sauna.

Regal Palms is situated in the perfect location for your visit to central Florida -- right next to the major highways; near Disney World, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Sea World, Cypress Gardens, Busch Gardens and other popular Florida attractions.

Spring: Feb 16-Apr 15 ... $99/night.
Late Spring: Apr 16-Jun 15 ... $89/night.
Summer: Jun 16-Aug 15 ... $99/night.
Fall: Aug 16-Dec 15 ... $89/night.
Holiday: Dec 16-Dec 31 ... $114/night.

For < 5 nights, add $85 cleaning fee. For 3 nights, add $25 short-term rent fee.
SPECIAL and Last Minute (7 days or less before check-in), all seasons - $79/night.
Daily rate decreases to the SPECIAL rate ($79) starting 8th night, all seasons.
12% local tax is not included. Extra $10/day/home Resort Fee not included.
