Furnished 2br/2ba condo that sleeps up to 6 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king bed, 2 twins in second bedroom, plus queen sleeper sofa in living room. Cable TV, DVD, free wireless high speed internet included. Resort offers direct access to Kamaole II Beach, pool, gas BBQs & free parking. We also provide coolers & beach towels for your enjoyment.

Golden sandy beaches, world championship Wailea golf courses, shopping, luau's, fine dining & restaurants, swimming, scuba, snorkeling, surfing, windsurfing, Molokini Crater, Mt. Haleakala, bike riding, hiking, Maui Aquarium are all on-site or nearby.

Rental Policies

Rates based on double occupancy.
Maximum 6 guests.
Extra guests $10 each.
7-night minimum stay required.
14-night minimum during Holiday Season.
Exceptions made for availability between bookings. Call (760)519-8203 or email to inquire.
Add one time $95 cleaning fee & 11.42% HI tax.
10% discount for stays of 30 nights (Value Season only).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations 90 days or more from check-in. There is a $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & Value Seasons. A
$250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
