All linens and beach chairs provided. Unit is fully tiled and maintained perfectly. Owners meet you w/keys and show you around the complex. The building has a full restaurant open for lunch and dinner daily. There is a beautiful entrance lobby, full Gym w/state of the art exercise equipment, large heated pool beach side with spa. There are two tennis courts and covered parking for guests. Washer and dryer room on every floor of the building. Building is conveniently located and walking distance to great Island restaurants, shopping, movies, Marinas, shelling and much more. Naples city is just a few miles off Island for more great shopping, Golf, Theater and more. Welcome To Paradise!

Rental Policies

Security deposit ($250.) required to reserve. This is refundable after checkout. Full rental fee due 2 months prior to arrival.

Lower rates effective 4/17-12/15. Security Deposit ($250.) required to reserve & is refundable after check out. No minimum stay required, however full weekly rate applies.
