This unit is ideal for family and friends! With three bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 half baths, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, fully equipped office, and a washer and dryer, it almost feels like you¡¯re at home while on vacation.

Property Details

Located on the first floor is a parking garage, which for a small fee can be rented with the unit, an office with high-speed Internet access and a queen size futon, a half bath, and a laundry facility.

Located on the second floor are the full kitchen, dining room, and living room with a flat screen television and surround sound. Also, through the sliding glass door on the second floor is a deck surrounded with beautiful plants and flowers to give you the feel you're in your very own garden.

Located on the third floor is one bedroom with two full size beds and a full bathroom and another bedroom with two twin beds, which upon request can be made into a queen size bed, and a full bathroom.

Rental Policies

We require a valid Visa or MasterCard to guarantee your reservation. We will not charge your card until you arrive or fail to adhere to the cancellation policy. Lacking a credit card, we will accept a check for the deposit.

Arrival Times

Check in time is 3:00pm. We do offer luggage drop off for earlier flights.

Rental Rates

$2,625.00 to $3,115.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

China Doll IV– 3 Bedroom Coach House (includes 4 guests)
2 Nights - $445/night
3 or more Nights - $375/night

Extra guests are $20/night.

A one time $100 weekend surcharge is applied for stays that include a Friday or Saturday night. This fee is waved for stays of 7 days or more.

Pets are welcome. The pet surcharge is $10/night/pet.

The 11.9% hotel tax is not included in pricing.

There is a 2 night minimum stay any time, a 3 night minimum stay on a holiday weekend, and a 4 night minimum stay for Memorial Day, Labor Day, Marathon Weekend, and Thanksgiving.
