Property Description

Short walk to the ocean [about 240 ft.] with no roads to cross. Beautiful beach house Located in a wonderful ocean view area of Ocean Lakes. Year around Family Getaways, Golfing Enthusiasts. Google map only shows office address-we are at the ocean.

Master bedroom both upstairs and downstairs. Two other bedrooms upstairs on private hallway. Perfect lay-out to be rented by two related families or friends and maintain privacy for both families.

Excellent floor plan for privacy if two families share the rent - three separate private sleeping areas. Master bedroom on both the main level and upper level. A bathroom and laundry separates the upstairs master bedroom from the other two bedrooms upstairs that are on a private hallway and share a bath.

Rental Policy

We do not rent to teenagers - contract specifies that the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

Arrival Times

We rent Sat. to Sat. from mid-May through Labor Day with check in during mid-afternoon and check out by 10 a.m. the following Sat.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Aug. 13-Sep 13, 2011 $1800 + tax and cleaning/damage deposit.
