Our luxury 5 bedroom/4 bathroom villa is located on the prestigious Calabay Parc at Tower Lake gated community on Hwy27, just south of I-4 and only 15-20 minutes from Disney World.

Property Details

Tower Lake Florida Villa is superbly located on a large corner lot with views of the lake. It is very spacious with 2733 sq. ft of fully air conditioned living space.

A games room with pool table, air hockey and foosball, computer, high speed internet with wifi are all provided for your use.

The villa sleeps up to 10 and features 3 master bedrooms (2 downstairs/1 upstairs),all with King size beds, TV/DVD and en-suite bathrooms. There are 2 twin bedded rooms ( both upstairs) and they share the 4th bathroom. Further sleeping accommodation is in the den ( downstairs) which has a double sofabed. A crib is also available. All bed linen, towels and hairdryers are provided.

The comfortable lounge has sofas, tables, cable TV and DVD player, patio doors lead out to the poolside facilities. We have 3 dining areas in our spacious living space. The kitchen nook has table, chairs, breakfast bar and stools. There is a more formal dining room and we have a covered outside area (lanai) for those poolside snacks. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and there is a utility room, which has a washer and dryer for your laundry requirements.

Outside is the sparkling heated pool and spa. The deck area has been extended. There is plenty of poolside furniture and sun loungers for you to relax on.

Rental Rates

$1,095.00 to $1,495.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

All our weekly rates include taxes and end of stay clean.

Pool and spa heat $195 per week.

A booking deposit of $360 is required to secure your booking. Final payment required 6 weeks before you arrive plus a refundable security/breakage deposit of $380.
