THE HOUSE

Our quiet executive 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom fully air conditioned house includes a large living room & dining area with cable tv, telephone, fully equipped kitchen, & laundry room with washing machine/tumble dryer.

The bedrooms comprise two Masters (one King, one Queen) & one twin with 2 single beds. ALL bedrooms have their OWN ensuite private bathroom.

The first Master bedroom has a balcony & walk-in wardrobe. The two Master bedrooms have "supersize" baths for extra luxury, their own TV with remote control & double size wardrobes.

And all the larger rooms in the house have ceiling fans for extra luxury & comfort!

THE RESORT

The beauty of this brand new property is that it is part of the 5 star private resort of Regal Palms. It has all the benefits of a first class hotel, with the luxury, space and advantages of your private home.

The resort features a large Reception Desk with its own 24 hour Check-In service, a private 2 acre Tropical Water Park with 2 heated pools, Waterslide, Lazy River, heated Jacuzzi/Spa, waterfalls, extensive sun bathing terraces, poolside patio etc.

In addition there is a Clubhouse, Restaurant with terrace service onto the poolside patio, Sports Bar (with satellite TV), Games Room, Internet Cafe with 4 computer workstations and wireless broadband link.

The facilities also include a Gym, Sauna, Steam Room, another indoor heated Jacuzzi/Spa & Health Centre (massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, waxing, yoga & aerobics classes) & Multi-jet power shower, and "All-Over" Spray Tanning Room.

Rental Policies

RATES vary according to the actual day, time of year and total length of your stay. Christmas Day is more expensive than January 1st, for example, but the overall price may be less if you are booking 14 nights rather than 6. So we calculate your quote depending upon your EXACT dates. That's why the price table on this website doesn't work for us.

COMPARING PRICES??

Remember our price INCLUDES the Florida State Sales Tax of 12½%. Most other Owners list their prices EXCLUDING this tax. So you have to remember to add this tax to their prices to make a fair comparison.

IN ADDITION, our house is in a QUIET location within a short walking distance of the Clubhouse & pools, NOT a mile away right at the back of the Resort OR overlooking a noisy main road OR behind a construction site OR backing on to a Tower block with other guests looking into your bedroom.

We offer excellent value for money as previous guests will testify, which is why so many of our guests choose to return year after year.

All vacation villas are NOT the same!

Discount may offered for extended rental periods.

Arrival Times

We have a Reception desk on the Resort open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So matter what time you arrive, someone will be there to greet you!

Rental Rates

$623.00 to $945.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Bookings of 5 nights or less incur a surcharge of $75 to cover the cleaning costs

A non-refundable deposit of $120 or 10% (whichever the greater) is required to secure a confirmed reservation. The balance should be paid by 8 weeks before arrival.

A security deposit of $250 is required on Check In, and returned at the end of the vacation if no damage is found after the Inventory Check.
