Secluded on over two acres of hilltop, the gated Villa has a 270 degree view. You will enjoy the trade winds from your private deck. Fully furnished the one bedroom cottage mixes the old with the new. Stone steps and tile counter tops mix with the amenities of cable TV and DSL. There is a free lending library, beach chairs and towels, for your relaxing Caribbean holiday. The Villa has at tree top level an expansive deck, a shade pavilion next to a large, rain water fed swimming pool at your disposal. Perfect for dips, napping or reading, from this perch watch Red Tail Hawks floating in the sky above and, in season, look for humpback whales basking on the water's surface. Approached by a secluded path running through a lush, tropical garden, the spacious one bedroom cottage was recently redecorated in Caribbean colors.

The secluded Harmony Crest Villa, is gated and located at the end of a private road. The Villa sits on over two acres of hill top overlooking St. John, Tortola and Jost Van Dyke. The villa is available for weddings and related parties. There is an additional one bedroom apartment "The Lookout", which is also available for rent. Air conditioned, with a private second story bedroom and balcony facing west, living area and kitchen, The Lookout also offers a quiet retreat.

Each unit is available for as little as $65 per day per person. You know you are getting the best deal on the island! Remember, Harmony Crest Villa is also available for parties, dinners and weddings under separate contract. Rental Policies

The initial deposit required is 50% of the total rent for the unit to confirm and guarantee your reservation. A damage deposit of $300.00 is required At checkin. Payments can be made by check to the mailing address above or by credit card using PayPal.com Pay account
The balance due of your rent, and 8% VI Hotel Tax is due 60 days prior to your arrival.


Refunds
Requests for any changes to your rental or cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel earlier than 60 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a refund less 50% (of total rent) administrative fee. Cancellations within 60 days prior to your arrival date will be subject to forfeiture of 100% rental fee, unless we are able to rebook your rental dates. If your dates are rebooked at the same rate, then you will be subject to a 25% of the total rental fee administrative charge. Hotel Tax and damage deposits are fully refundable at any time upon cancellation. Any funds received will first be applied to the rental and then to Hotel Tax, and damage deposit.

Check in time is set for 2:00 pm and check out 7 days later by 11:00 am. Other times can be arranged and/or storage of you bags can be accommodated. Feel free to contact us for any special needs.

Rental Rate Notes
Shorter stays may be requested and rates negociated. Make this the first of many visits to your secret hideout in paradise. All returning guests will be granted the previous year's rate for similar seasonal time. This is our way of welcoming you back. Additional days can be added to the minium one week stay.
