Located on the "Highway to Heaven" Route #413, Puntas area of Rincon is known for top notch surfing, snorkeling, water sports of all kinds. The beaches are pristine, the residents so friendly, the eateries relaxed with fabulous menus and locations to match. The Las Palmas Preserve snorkling area is unbelievable. See whales, dauphins, turtles, every kind of tropical fish, right off the beach. You will come back again and again.
