Our house is a two story house divided into two luxurious villas. Our upstairs villa can sleep up to 12 people. Our downstairs villa can sleep up to 8 people. We keep our villas exceptionally clean. Both villas can be rented to sleep 20 people.

Our house sits 70 steps from the beach dune. It takes less than a minute to walk to the beach. Our house was professionally decorated and is a premier property on our island. Our Kitchens are fully stocked. Serving for 12 upstairs and for 8 downstairs. BBQ and a Hammock are available. Each villa has a covered porch. There is a fenced courtyard filled with tropical flowers. Every room has cable TV. High speed wireless internet service is provided with a computer for your use. We are one half mile from a major grocery store and drug store. Great restaurants are one half mile away. Boating, fishing, golf, shopping, surfing can be part of your daily lives here. We are about one hour from Disney, MGM, Universal, St. Augustine, and Cape Canavernal. We are 20 minutes from Daytona Speedway and airport.

Rental Policy

Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning fee and 12.5% Florida Tourism tax Refundable Security deposit are required. Additional fee for pets. A signed rental agreement is also required.
