This gorgeous condo overlooks pristine saltwater marshes and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Our condo includes crown moldings throughout, Pergo floors, a stone countertop, ceiling fans, 2 Cabled TVs and a fully equipped kitchen.

Property Details

We are located mid-Island, just north of Palmetto Dunes, along Singleton Beach. We are near great shopping, dining, golf, and all that Hilton Head has to offer! You can walk to the sandy beach on beautiful Atlantic Ocean via the Resort's private boardwalk. Bike trails begin at the front of our Resort and go all over the Island. There are three pools on property, including an indoor heated one. On property, you will also find 6 tennis courts (no additional fees), a hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball court, fitness equipment, indoor running track, and kiddie pool. Other amenities include a poolside restaurant/convenience store and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby, as well as many golf courses and a miniature golf course!
