Villa Debra is the only four bedroom home situated directly on the beach for rent in Costa del Sol. The front door is only 65 feet from the turquoise and transparent sea. The sea in front is within the bounds of the Cozumel Reefs National Park.

Costa del Sol, with 24 hour security, 135 ft pier, 400 ft beach, infinity pool plus children's pool, and coming soon - clubhouse and restaurant. Diving clubs can rent multiple homes in the community to accomodate larger groups.

This brand new four-bedroom home provides for three bedrooms, each with a private bath, on the first floor. And, an incredibly huge second floor master suite with double bathroom and a walk-in closet. There are gorgeous views of the water from most every room and the "million-dollar view" from the second floor deck which will accomodate a large group. The first floor is spacious and open with a completely equipped kitchen which flows into the large dining room with seating for ten. The living room, as well as the first floor master bedroom, is a wall of windows with a direct view of the water.

This home is located in Costa del Sol, a private gated community.

Rates will be guaranteed at time of booking.

Rates do not include the 12% Mexican tax.

50% due at booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

A refundable security deposit of $500 will be collected with the balance due and returned 2 weeks after you check out.
