And, an incredibly huge second floor master suite with double bathroom and a walk-in closet. There are gorgeous views of the water from most every room and the "million-dollar view" from the second floor deck which will accomodate a large group. The first floor is spacious and open with a completely equipped kitchen which flows into the large dining room with seating for ten. The living room, as well as the first floor master bedroom, is a wall of windows with a direct view of the water.

This home is located in Costa del Sol, a new community. Most homes, as well as the pier, pool, jacuzzi, garden, and the beach are complete. There is construction taking place on the club
house, restaurant and a few homes in the rear.
Rates will be guaranteed at time of booking.

Rates do not include the 12% Mexican tax.

50% due at booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

A refundable security deposit of $500 will be collected with the balance due and returned 2 weeks after you check out.
