The villa has four bedrooms with private baths, two complete kitchens and two living rooms. Enjoy the seafront views and its delightful breeze while lounging on the balcony or soaking in its beach side pool, not even to mention the long siestas in the patio hammock.

Rental Policy

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% from total rack rate for individual bookings is required to confirm a reservation. No reservation is confirmed until proper payment is received.
BALANCE: Final balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date or 90 days prior if travel is during peak periods.
LATE BOOKINGS: Bookings made within 60 days prior to arrival are payable at the time of booking.
The balance can be paid with Visa, Master Card, Discover
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE TO BE IN WRITING AND MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE COMPANY AS HAVING BEEN RECEIVED IN ORDER TO BE ACCEPTED AS A VALID CANCELLATION.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates are in US dollars. There is a 12.5% hotel tax additional. There is a 5% service charge additional. There is a 0.5% administrative fee additional. Children under 12yrs stay for free
PEAK SEASON - 7 nights minimum stay
HIGH SEASON - 5 nights minimum stay
LOW SEASON - 3 nights minimum stay
Check in time: 2pm
Check out time: 12pm
The Kids room cannot be rented by itself. The Deluxe and Villa Suite could be rented in High Season upon special request made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
