Private, fenced pool with patio area & sun loungers and further patio area with outdoor furniture, sun shades and BBQ. There are 2 Out-buildings with Table Tennis, Boules area and a pretty shaded terrace.
The house is in the hamlet of L'Homond, near to the village of Prats De Carlux, 5-miles from Sarlat - the beautiful 16th Century Medieval town, in the heart of the Dordogne. The house is within 20-30 minutes drive or easy cycle-range of many of the Dordogne's most attractive spots and 5 minutes drive from the River Dordogne itself. L'Homond is in a network of small roads that are a joy to walk or cycle. The immediate area around the house is a conservation area known as the Enea Valley. There is a ruined chateau 300 metres away. The Dordogne and the Vezere River valleys offer wonderful countryside. There are spectacular gorges channelling broad tranquil rivers that are clean and beautiful.
Local activities include cycling, fishing, golf, swimming, tennis, walking.The markets in Sarlat and the local towns are fascinating and sell delicious local produce and wine.

Weekly rental rates vary according to season. Minimum stay 3 nights - low season & 1 week - high season.25% deposit required to secure booking - this can be paid in Euros, Sterling or in local surrency via PayPal.
