A paradise for children of all ages, spaciouse grounds for playing or just relaxing on a lounger. In this family run establishment there is something for everyone, from your English German & Portuguese speaking host's.
Scattered around from all angles you will find pleasant childrens play areas. Including Table tennis, Football area, Basketball, Sand pit, kiddies pool, Marry go round, Swings and slides.
The Pavillion "BAR" is located in the heart of the grounds, open to guest's friends family and neighbours all are welcome. In the bar you will find a friendly atmosphere with plenty of indoor activities, games, darts, hand football, satelite TV, video, and a large open fire for BBQ, or to gather arround on a chilly evening. Draught beer, spirits, local wines and of course Medronho (fire water) which is a must to try, and famouse all over Portugal. Inpromtue parties or any celebrations can happen there.
A large lake recently extended into a tranquil area on the eastern side overlooking the local area, teaming with fish and terrapins (no mosquitos) boats available under adult supervision and swimming permitted.
On arrival at Quinta da Tosca you may well be greated by Shanty and Freddy the family's child friendly dogs, there is also an array of wild life to be seen.

For our guest we provide four apartments in the Quinta da Tosca. there is a small Studio and three flats with one, two and three bedrooms.
All apartments offer a private terrace with Table, Chairs and loungers. There are BBQs you can also use at the lake. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room (with microwave) a modern Bathroom with hot water. Towels and bedclothes are provided. There is a Stereo with CD and Radio.
All houses are heated. You can spend your winter-vacation without any problem in the Quinta da Tosca.
All apartments are only a stones throw from the family run BAR.
For your laundry we have a washing machine.
We can provide a TV-set.
Pic-up Service from Faro-Airport or reservation of rental cars possible.
Renting of bicycels provided.
