The 1400 sq ft apartment is on the 8th floor (there are 2 elevators) of a building situated in one of the city's most elegant neighborhoods. It is 3 Km away from the Sidi Gaber Train Station, 5 km from the airport, 9 km from downtown Alexandria, and 10 km from the city’s entrance, and is conveniently located across the street from Alexandria's newest and most modern tourist complex which includes 10 movie theatres, a supermarket open 24 hrs all days of the week, a private marina, restaurants - and much more.

The bedrooms have spacious built-in closets and hardwood floors. Each bedroom has a balcony directly overlooking the sea. The living room, dining room, corridor etc have marble floors. The apartment is tastefully furnished and fully equipped with all appliances.

Rental Policies

One week minimum stay. Housekeeper available upon request ( $12 / day). Cash and travellers' checks accepted. Utilities (water, gas, telephone) included in rent. There is an extra charge ($6 / week) for electricity consumption.

Minimum stay is one week. A refundable security deposit is required. For periods of up to 15 days the security deposit is $100. For longer periods, it is 25% of the rent.
