Obelus B&B; consists of 1 double and 2 Triple, out of which one
can be also allocated as a quadruple room.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and heating with individual control. Please note that Obelus B&B; is a non-smoking environment.

The twin room overlooks the internal yard of the building while the other 2 triple rooms have their windows overlooking out on Via Tasso; a relatively quiet road, without the tedious noises of traffic and night life.
The beds in the rooms can be either as single beds or as a double bed. The high ceilings and the colours chosen for the interior decoration, portray bright and spacious rooms.
Each room is cleaned daily. A delicious continental breakfast is served in a communal area from 7.30 to 10 am. You can eat cornflakes, croissants or cake, bread, toasts, biscuits, marmalade, honey, butter. Cappuccino, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, fruit juice and water. Guests have their own keys to come and go as they please.

Rental Policy

To cancel a reservation it is applied the following payment policy:

• Cancellation within 31 days of reservation will incur 0% cancellation fee.

• Cancellation within 21 days of reservation will incur 30% cancellation fee.

• Cancellation within 7 days of reservation will incur 70% cancellation fee.

• No show will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Arrival Times

Check-in from 13.00. Lugage can be storeged if you will arrive early. Check-out before 11.00. As our B&B; is not manned 24 hours, it is very important that you tell us at what time you'll be arriving at the B&B; in order to ensure that there's someone to welcome you.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The Bed & Breakfast is in the heart of the historical city centre, situated in a quiet road aside the ‘Scala Santa' and next to the ‘Basilica of San Giovanni'. Nearby there's a nice shopping area and it is only 15 minutes on foot away from the Colisseum. Obelus is well connected by local public transport (i.e. metro, buses, tram). Behind the ‘Scala Santa' one finds a bus terminus, tram stop and a taxi stand; these connects the area of San Giovanni with all major tourist zones of Rome
