Property Description

Two converted farm buildings of a former 18th century farm in hills of a nature park. Large garden and saltwater pool with sun terrace giving onto amazing views. Just 10 mins from vibrant town of Cahors with its famous market and close to vineyards.

Property Details

La Provençal is an open-plan property with great views over the hills and pool. It sleeps 4-6 in a double bedroom, large stone-walled twin room (beds can be joined to form a large double) and a double sofabed in the living area. There is a well-equipped American style kitchen in the large living area with all the crockery, cutlery and glasses you need, plenty of storage and comfortable seating.

Features: private use of southwest facing terrace with BBQ, table, chairs and parasol. DVD and videoplayers with widescreen TV, English television channels including Skynews, a hifi system and ipod charger, hairdryers, fans, fireplace with insert and private parking.

Les Lavandes is a traditional stone building with beamed cailings and a large fireplace with woodburner. It also sleeps 4-6 in a double mezzanine bedroom, a smaller twin room accessed via the double room and a double sofabed in the living room. All bedrooms are equipped with fans.

There is an enclosed private terrace with wicker seating and a private outside terrace with BBQ, table, chairs and parasol. The kitchen is separate from the living room and is equipped with all the equipment, crockery, cutlery and glasses you need.

Features: a widescreen TV with English channels including Skynews, DVD and videoplayers, a hifi system, a large fireplace with woodburner, hairdryer, fans in all bedrooms and private parking.

The southwest facing pool has been fenced and is surrounded by a large sun terrace with a solar shower, sunloungers, parasols and table tennis table.

There are numerous quiet spots in the large gardens and a children's area with swings, a chalet and sandpit.

There is a travel cot, baby bath and highchair should you need them. A mobile air conditioner is also available for rent.

Rental Policy

A non-refundable 25% secures the property - the balance and returnable security deposit are due eight weeks before arrival.

Arrival Times

From 1600 hours on the day of arrival. Departures by 1000 please.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Weekends available from USD167. Returnable security deposit USD347.
Prices include all linen, electricity and water. Heating and an initial basket of firewood is included from 1st October to 31st March.
Minimum stay of one week in July and August.
