The apartments are located on the same floor, so a huge group of max. 12 people can stay all together. Price includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, heater in winter, etc.
The house is located few steps away from Caffarella Park, one of the most natural green area in Rome, suitable for active holidays. Crossing the park, you reach Via Appia Antica ( ancient Appia Street ), with its unforgettable monuments and landscapes.
By underground or bus you can easily reach all the worldwide most famous spots: Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the main shopping areas in the city.
The house is sorrounded by a variety of shops, restaurants, coffee bar, pharmacy, and in case of emergency an hospital is just 10 minutes away.
The owner runs a pharmacy just below the apartment, thus, in case of need, you will always have somebody to look after you.
Basic price is 400,00 euro/week/4persons but we can offer lower rates for longer stays or large groups.
You can get the apartment free from the morning of the arrival day and till the evening of the departure day.
We speak Italian, English, Spanish, German and ... Roman!
